New Website

I've found a new weightloss website. My sister in law recommended it. It's called FitDay. It helps you keep track of your calories and workouts. It also has cool charts and graphs.
So far, I've learned that I like carbs.

What a great Website. I too enjoy carbs WAY more than I should. Eric told me 50% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat. Oops. I'm usually like 70% carbs, 20% fat, 10% protein...

I'm trying it out. I like it better since I was a bit daunted by the peer aspect of the previous site. Does this one allow you to set and measure progress toward activity goals?

Oh, and I might be doing something wrong because it says I ate fewer calories than I burned today--and I didn't exercise. I find that a little hard to believe, especially considering I had a burger and fries for dinner.
